You’re jolted awake. Your car’s alarm is going off and the hazard lights flash amber with the sound, lighting up the cabin. You stumble out of the bunk and find your keys. You go outside and lock and unlock the car, which shuts off the alarm. You’re a bit groggy, but as silence sets in you realize the predawn stillness is calming. Part of you wouldn’t mind an early breakfast or just sitting up thinking.
Stay up. You might as well check the car a bit more thoroughly while you're at it.
